The Educational Database service has the following fee structure:
Yearly Program Fee
The Yearly Program Fee covers the following:
- Secure log on and password structure
- System set-up (customized to your Institution)
- Access to all student and instructor data files
- Standard and custom reporting options
- 24 hour access to the system
- Daily data backups
- Email or phone assistance
Discounts are available for Institutions ordering services for multiple professions.
Student License Fee
The Student License Fee covers the following:
- Access to the system for the entire time the student is enrolled in the professional program
- Continued access to the system for 1-3 years post graduation (depending on the program)
- Secure log on and password structure
- Automated student report of all procedures performed and competencies completed
- Graduate portfolio for future employer review
- 24 hour access to the system regardless of shift assignment or hospital location (must have access to an Internet linked computer or appliance)
- Includes complimentary CD with program specific forms and evaluation instruments
